Key Responsibilities

Ensure awareness of regulatory guidelines for
greenfield project
execution
Plan, monitor, and execute project activities including design and layout using latest tools
Plan and estimate new MEP & Utilities systems (electrical, mechanical, piping)
Prepare BOQs and budgetary estimates for project installations and approvals
Conduct regular MIS reviews for scheduled and ongoing activities
Interpret and update civil, MEP, and utility drawings as per project requirements
Perform equipment sizing & load calculations (RFQ, DAP, Installation scope)
Understand layout requirements for machines, cable trays, pipe racks, and utilities
Ensure fire and safety system compliance as per PESO regulations
Support testing of R&D equipment and new setups
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to project timelines
Monitor site execution as per approved drawings and safety standards
Maintain systematic project documentation, reporting, and internal communication

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of industrial utilities (HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, etc.)
Experience with project tools:
MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office
Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and safety compliance
Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors, OEMs, contractors
