About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Planning Engineer with over 5 years of proven experience in planning and execution of large-scale MEP projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Primavera P6 and possess the ability to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution through effective planning and coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage the project planning system using Primavera P6 . Establish and maintain the Working Schedule (WS) with supporting documents. Prepare, maintain, and update the Time-Location-Schedule (TILOS) . Develop and update the Detailed Working Schedule (DWS) . Maintain and update the 90-Day Rolling Schedule . Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled MEP Planner to support civil construction projects by planning, scheduling, and monitoring all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure that MEP activities are efficiently integrated into the overall civil construction schedule and executed on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, update, and maintain detailed MEP schedules for civil construction projects using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants to align MEP schedules with construction milestones. Ensure proper sequencing and integration of MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) within structural and architectural plans. Monitor MEP progress, identify deviations or delays, and support recovery planning. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules focused on MEP scope. Review and validate subcontractor MEP schedules and progress claims. Support site teams with planning data for procurement, manpower forecasting, and material delivery timelines. Conduct site visits to verify actual progress and update the master schedule accordingly. Participate in coordination and technical meetings to ensure clash-free execution with civil works. Assist in change order assessments and extension-of-time (EOT) claims related to MEP activities. Planning, Designing, Lay outing in MEP. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4–7 years of planning experience in civil construction projects with significant MEP scope. Strong knowledge of civil and MEP construction processes and sequencing. Ability to interpret construction drawings, MEP shop drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
