Interested candidates can apply here and share resumes at mridula@symbiosisindia.net or bhawana@symbiosisindia.net Key Responsibilities Ensure statutory compliance and obtain clearances for electrical, utility, and civil systems Plan and implement 66kV/11kV substations, switchyards, transformers, protection systems, and DG sets Estimate material and manpower for Electrical, Utilities & MEP works Prepare BOQs and budget estimates; manage project documentation and MIS reports Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government bodies for smooth execution Review and edit electrical and utility layout drawings (cable trays, pipe racks, services) Supervise site activities including erection, installation, and testing of HT/LT panels, ACB, VCB, SF6 breakers, CTs, PTs, LAs Perform equipment sizing, RFQ preparation, and technical evaluations Conduct testing & commissioning of major electrical equipment as per IS standards Monitor contractor bills and site progress in line with project schedules Ensure fire & safety compliance as per PESO guidelines Coordinate with other engineering teams and manage multi-location deployments if required Desired Candidate Profile Hands-on experience with HT/LT equipment, substation planning, and site commissioning Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD , MS Project , SAP , and MS Office Good communication, systematic record-keeping, and team mentoring abilities Exposure to greenfield or brownfield manufacturing setups is preferred

Role Purpose To lead and manage all engineering initiatives related to LPG and cryogenic systems, ensuring technical precision, regulatory compliance, and advancement of the company. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute engineering solutions for LPG and cryogenic infrastructure projects. Ensure adherence to PESO, ASME, and applicable safety/environmental standards. Develop SOPs for equipment operation, maintenance, and emergency protocols. Supervise installation, commissioning, and audits of LPG bottling units and cryogenic facilities. Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate eco-friendly technologies. Drive innovation in storage, vaporization, and fuel conversion systems. Evaluate technical vendors and optimize costs without compromising quality. Mentor engineering teams and foster a safety-first, solution-driven culture. Generate periodic engineering and compliance reports for leadership review. Required Skills & Competencies In-depth expertise in LPG system engineering and cryogenic technology. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and project planning tools. Knowledge of PESO guidelines, API/ASME standards, and environmental compliance. Familiarity with PLC systems, safety instrumentation, and pump selection. Strong analytical, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills. Excellent leadership with a track record of engineering project success. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering. 10 to 15 years of experience in LPG or cryogenic system engineering. Preferred Attributes Exposure to green fuel initiatives and sustainable engineering design. Capable of aligning engineering operations with ESG goals. Strategic thinker with operational depth and cross-functional collaboration skills.
