Job Description

Project Evaluation and Risk Mitigation: Evaluate the project based on the RFO, Techno-commercial Deliverables & Health and Safety requirements. Participate in due diligence review and analysis of various aspects of the project, highlighting any risks and propose steps for risk mitigation. Take Ownership by reviewing the project deliverables with respect to Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC).

  • Understand the Operating Philosophy, Electrical Load profile, Electrical SLD and the distribution scheme. Support Sales team on these aspects.
  • Participate in identifying the Suitable Genset and Major components as per the Philosophy & SLD and Power Distribution. Maintain records of Project Submissions and Approvals, Compliance, deviation, MOMs, Email communications.

Project Planning: Receive the Hand Over from Sales to Projects Team and Review the Customer PO and Accepted GTPs for Executing the project.

● Prepare Project Implementation Plan.

  • Finalize the Main Suppliers & Contractor, Specialized Service Agencies as per the requirements of the project, refer to the Pre-Bid submissions and offers.
  • Prepare Project Schedule with bar charts in line with project delivery and supplier lead times.
  • Prepare Procurement plan and funding requirement, get a buy-in from CPO.
  • Provide Project Org Chart with Escalation Matrix to all stakeholders.
  • Release Purchase Orders to Equipment Suppliers o
  • Issue Work Orders to Contractors o Communicate Schedules with Customer and All other Stakeholders.

Project Execution:

  • Along with Site Managers, coordinate with Internal and External Vendors to ensure delivery timelines as per plan.
  • Weekly review and periodic Site visits and engagement with Customer/Consultant/PMCs
  • Coordinate for FAT and Dispatch clearances with Vendors and Customers.
  • Pre-commissioning Checks and line up of various resources.
  • Site acceptance tests, Project Commissioning and Hand Over to Customer with complete documentation.
  • Maintain Billing & Cashflow records till Project closure.
  • Handover to the post sales team along with commissioning documentation.
  • Support the Post Sales team for any trouble shooting during the course of time.

Communication:

  • Prepare consolidated reports of various sites for Weekly / Monthly Management reviews.
  • Provide periodic progress reports to Customers as per the contract guidelines.
  • Participate in periodic review meetings with internal & External agencies.
  • Maintain Project Cashflow records.
  • Submit notes on lessons learnt from the project.

Requirements: Position will require Diploma or BE Mechanical or Electrical with a minimum field experience of 10 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
