Role & responsibilities

Expertise in Procurement for Facility Management domain

Client : Startup in Commercial Facility Management services

Location : Patiala

Lead the procurement and vendor management functions across the facility
management projects.
Lead end-to-end procurement operations for facility management services, including

Housekeeping, MEP, horticulture, security, consumables, and AMC contracts.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals.
Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary controls, and statutory guidelines.
Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and process improvements.
Expertise in sourcing for FM-related materials and services
Good understanding of contracts, tenders, and compliance processes
Leadership and team management capabilities
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
