Role & responsibilities

Expertise in Procurement for Facility Management domain

Client : Startup in Commercial Facility Management services

Location : Patiala

  • Lead the procurement and vendor management functions across the facility
  • management projects.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement operations for facility management services, including

Housekeeping, MEP, horticulture, security, consumables, and AMC contracts.

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary controls, and statutory guidelines.
  • Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and process improvements.
  • Expertise in sourcing for FM-related materials and services
  • Good understanding of contracts, tenders, and compliance processes
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
