Job Responsibilities

Cold Rolling

Detail Engineering: Optimizing design by selecting appropriate material, deciding final shape and size, checking design for manufacturing, aesthetic look, creating bill of material

Equipment/Parts Selection: Based on determined capacity, requirements selecting bought out parts like bearings, power devices, gear boxes, hydraulic and electric motors, sensors etc.

Managing team of Engineers & Draftsman.

Co-ordination with other Department.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Design and Development of equipment for Cold Rolling Mill.

• Managing the Projects deadline.

• Manage the resource for desire project work.

• Checking of Drawing and maintaining the record for future.

• The tool use for design is AUTO CAD 2011, Auto desk Inventor 2013 & CREO for 3D modelling.

• Maintaining Project-wise Record of Documents in the design department for future references.

• Entrusted with the responsibility of supervising and managing end to end project development and execution.

• Accountable for managing and defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Managing project scope, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Drafting project budgets and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.

• experience in

• Engineering (Basic & Detail)& Project management (Green Field) of BOP Packages in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) area consisting of Pickling Line & Tandem Cold Mill (PLTCM) of 2.2 MT, 1 Continuous Annealing Line (CAL) Overseeing the project procurement functions for IBR & Non IBR Pipes, Valves, Fittings, with other Utility accessories.

*From Green filed N2H gas plant erection and commissioning

*Flux Line Converted in to NOF Line.

*H.R.Slitter erection and commissioning.

*GRC-55 Grinding Machine erection and commissioning

*Revamping of Tension levelers with trimming lines.

Continuous Galvanizing:-

• Experience in project and mechanical maintenance of CGL include finalization of line layout, approval of drawings, vender development, need if change in design, Total installation from erection, commissioning to production.

• Color Coating Line: Finalized the line layout and ordering of color coating line from WTIE (China), Capex approval. Possess of experience in old first color coating line prier to ordering new line from China. color coating line in Mechanical maintenance.

Cold Rolling Mill Up Coming Greenfield project:-

• experience in Projects of wider width 4Hi Mill

  and 4Hi Cold Rolling reversing Mill

• Skinpass Mill, Ecl, Annealing, Galvanizing, Galvalume and Colour coating Line

• Experience production. CTL/ Slitter Lines & CTL also in production. 4Hi skin pass Mill

• Finalisation of continuous Color Coating Line specifications and its auxiliary equipments, Initiated

to start getting of offers and completion of project till final production.

• Also Heading the Responsibility of Mech. Maint for Existing Color Coating Line

Metal Coating Line :-

• Experience in Continuous Metal Coating line (Galvalume line), converted existing CGL line in Metal Coating line

• and was heading Greenfield project of Metal coating line start from shade erection, civil ECL: Developed the equipment of ECL line from existing ECL line, same was incorporate in line in Metal coating line which was converted into Metal Coating line The Metal coating line was in line ECL instead of normal degreasing section.

Technical Skills

• Application Package: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Project,

• Conversant with SAP-Project, Procurement, Material System, Basic Primavera,

• Design Software – Auto CAD, Navis Software,Plant 3D
