Handling one Section. Daily basis meeting and B/d analysis. Zero accident in section by using safety PPE, S. Arrangement of safety tool and availability. Monitoring of section budget and review weekly basis. Coordination for training plan and execution for all associates. PM planning. Selection of new machine. Machine Upgradation/Design modification with ME. Section spares planning. Machine retrofitment execution. Power cost reduction. Section Review. Digitisation projects implementation.
