Full Time
1) Maintain key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE to track and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities.
2) Attend and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures across shop floor machines, assembly line conveyors, and robotic systems to ensure minimum downtime.
3) Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities including lifts, chillers, DG sets, AC/DC motors, cranes (MTC & HRTC), cooling towers, water pumps, and RO plants.
4) Handle servo motors and drives, star-delta connections, and electronic control cards to ensure smooth automation and control of equipment.
5) Implement fire safety measures including installation and maintenance of smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, and jockey pump pressure settings.
Prepare and maintain Daily MIS reports, Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) data, and preventive maintenance schedules to support data-driven decision-making.
