Plant Maintenance Consultant

• We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Consultant with solid experience in the FMCG industry and a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end PM process design, system configuration, and integration within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze maintenance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and configure PM components including equipment management, preventive maintenance, work order management, notifications, and refurbishment processes
• Integrate PM with related modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO
• Support master data setup, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and go-live activities
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous process optimization
• Document functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom enhancements
• Train key users and ensure knowledge transfer across teams
• Act as a subject matter expert for maintenance process digitalization and automation within FMCG production plants

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM (at least one full lifecycle implementation)
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations in the FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Experience with integration to MM, PP, and QM modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
• SAP Certification in PM or S/4HANA (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to Plant Maintenance
• Knowledge of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices
• Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance and IoT integration
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum project environments"
