Manager Job Overview: The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing all billing-related activities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) projects. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and coordination with various project and procurement teams to ensure timely and correct invoicing, financial documentation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Billing Preparation & Verification Prepare and verify running bills and final bills for MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc. Check subcontractor bills against work progress, contract terms, and purchase orders. Ensure timely billing cycles to maintain healthy cash flow and avoid project delays. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain updated billing records including BOQs, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and measurement sheets. Safekeep tax invoices, delivery challans, and client correspondence for accounting purposes. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all billing and procurement documents. Coordination & Communication Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Purchase Team to collect timely measurement sheets and billing-related data. Ensure smooth coordination between billing, procurement, and execution teams. Communicate with clients and vendors for clarifications and dispute resolution related to invoicing. Reconciliation & Compliance Compare supplier tax invoices with delivery challans and material receipt records. Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for management review. Track material movement to ensure accurate billing and prevent duplication.

Reporting To: Managing Director Position Overview The General Manager - MEP will oversee the complete planning, execution, supervision, and management of all MEP works across multiple projects. This includes strategic planning, budgeting, design coordination, execution monitoring, vendor management, quality control, cost management, safety compliance, and timely delivery of MEP systems. The role demands both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with civil and architectural works. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement MEP strategies aligned with the companys overall project execution plan. Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, engineers, supervisors, and technical staff under the MEP vertical. Review project progress regularly and provide direction for corrective actions. 2. Design & Coordination Oversee design development and coordination of MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, IBMS, etc.). Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to finalize drawings and specifications. Ensure proper integration of MEP services with structural and finishing works. 3. Project Execution & Monitoring Plan, monitor, and control execution of MEP works at all project sites. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality norms. Conduct periodic site inspections and technical audits. Implement value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality. 4. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare MEP budgets, BOQs, and resource plans for each project. Monitor project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Evaluate and approve vendor/sub-contractor bills and ensure timely payments as per contract. 5. Procurement & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and finalize suppliers, contractors, and consultants for MEP works. Negotiate contracts, finalize terms & conditions, and ensure compliance. Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes, and enforce quality & safety norms. 6. Quality, Safety & Compliance Establish and enforce MEP quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures. Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, safety, and labor regulations. Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities. 7. Commissioning & Handover Plan and supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to clients/end users. Prepare O&M manuals, training sessions, and warranty documentation. 8. Reporting & Documentation Maintain project-wise MIS reports, progress dashboards, and risk assessments. Present weekly/monthly progress updates to senior management and clients. Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 10-20+ years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven track record in large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
