CTC:45 LPA Job Overview The DGM - Finance (Financial Controller, RO) will oversee finance and accounting operations across the region, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities • Oversee regional finance and accounting functions. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. • Manage statutory and internal audits. • Coordinate with group finance for monthly reporting. • Review P&L: and Balance Sheet reconciliations. • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and costs. • Lead ERP (Oracle) financial implementations. Qualifications & Skills • Chartered Accountant (CA). • 10-12 years' experience in finance & accounting. • ERP (Oracle) experience preferred. • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Excellent written and verbal communication
