Through its subsidiaries, Epsilon Carbon and Epsilon Advanced Materials, the group has carved a niche for itself. Epsilon Carbon operates India's first fully integrated carbon facility in Bellary, Karnataka, specializing in carbon black and specialized carbon derivatives with an annual capacity of 115,000 metric tons and 320,000 TPA, respectively, and poised for expansion with its Carbon Black phase-2 facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Development

  : Developing & implementing the company’s strategic plan in alignment.

• Project Management

  : Overseeing the execution of strategic projects & initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

  Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.

• Corporate Planning/ Development

  : Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.

• Innovation and Growth Initiatives

  : Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth. Oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives. Communicate strategic goals and progress to various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
• High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial implications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
• 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors
• Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting
• Experience in techno-commercial functions is a strong advantage
