DevSecOps Specialist

About the Role:

Join our team as a DevSecOps Engineer and take full, hands-on ownership of building, securing, and scaling our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows. You’ll architect and automate cutting-edge Azure/AWS environments, implement Infrastructure as Code, integrate security into every phase, and deliver robust, production-ready solutions. This role is for those with a proven ability to build platforms from scratch, drive innovations in cost optimization and automation, and thrive in a dynamic startup setting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, champion DevSecOps best practices, and play a lead role in ensuring speed, security, and quality at scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, and manage secure Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure and automation workflows.
• Lead setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating security at every stage of delivery.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), ensuring robust, scalable environments.
• Drive cost optimization, monitoring, and incident response to maintain high system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and security issues independently.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to instill DevSecOps best practices across the organization.
• Own end-to-end delivery for production environments in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and support rapid prototyping and changes as business needs shift.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast paced start-up is preferable
