Odoo Sr Developer/Lead

 Design, develop, and customize ERP solutions using Odoo to meet business needs. Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules, including requirement gathering, system design, customization, deployment, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and configurable ERP systems. Develop reusable components and ensure the scalability and flexibility of the solutions. Manage system integrations with third-party tools and APIs to create seamless workflows. Work on backend development with Python and frontend tasks when required. Implement innovative features and ensure system performance, security, and reliability. Write clean, efficient, and bug-free code with proper testing and documentation. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and actively participate in code reviews. Leverage cloud platforms like Azure/AWS for deployment and scaling solutions. Prior exp of working on Help and Support portal module of Odoo ERP/CRM and other Oodo Eco system modules is a distinct advantage Troubleshooting and fixing reported issues in a fast-paced environment is really good to have.
