Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend (minimum 70:30 split). You’ll be part of a high-energy startup environment, working closely with product and design teams to bring powerful, user-friendly applications to life. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop end-to-end applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Build scalable and high-performance systems from scratch. Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with the MERN stack. Proven experience in building and scaling products from scratch. Comfortable working with 70:30 distribution in frontend: backend or vice versa. Proficiency in using modern dev tools and AI-assisted programming platforms. Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Engineering degree from a reputed institute is a plus. Nice to Have: Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with serverless architecture and NoSQL best practices. Contribution to open-source or personal tech blogs/projects.
