Overview:
We're keen to onboard a DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into our healthcare CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliant, scalable systems for patient data management. You'll work with dev, ops, and clinical teams to protect sensitive health information while enabling fast, reliable deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and secure CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) tailored for healthcare apps, integrating HIPAA-compliant workflows.
- Automate secure infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible on AWS/Azure/GCP, with focus on PHI (Protected Health Information) isolation.
- Implement security scanning, and healthcare-specific checks for vulnerabilities in EHR/EMR systems.
- Monitor threats, conduct incident response, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and other regs; perform regular audits.
Requirements:
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Healthcare preferred), Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), and secure coding practices.
- Certifications like AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), or HCISPP a big plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate tech concepts to non-tech healthcare stakeholders.
