We are looking for an experienced and talented Power BI Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Connect, import, and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services) using Power Query and Dataflows.
• Write complex DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and tables for data modeling and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Power BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
• SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Work Setting: Must be available to work during UK time zone hours.
