Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer (Full-Time) to join our Product Engineering team at Aaytham Consulting. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools to support deployment, automation, and monitoring. You will play a key role in ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of applications while collaborating with our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services (
EC2, S3
, and storage management).
Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for automated deployments and testing.
Deploy and manage
Kubernetes
workloads, including pods in Amazon EKS.
Utilize
Terraform
to define, provision, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC).
Implement auto-scaling, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
Write and maintain
Helm charts
for Kubernetes deployments.
Collaborate with development teams using
Git
for version control and code management.
Maintain and enhance
Linux-based infrastructure
, ensuring stability and performance.
Create and manage AWS projects, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
Manage AWS billing and payments, including cost monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong working experience with
Linux
operating systems and command-line tools.
Proficiency with
Git
for version control and collaboration.
Hands-on experience with
Docker
for containerization.
Practical knowledge of
Terraform
for infrastructure automation.
Solid understanding of
AWS services

(EC2, S3, EKS, IAM
, and storage management).
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
Knowledge of
auto-scaling
strategies and cloud cost optimization.
Experience with
Kubernetes
(EKS preferred) for container orchestration.
Familiarity with
Helm
for managing Kubernetes applications.
Scripting knowledge
(Bash/Python) for automation and troubleshooting (preferred).
