DevOps Specialist

As a DevOps Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our container orchestration systems and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on utilizing Docker and Kubernetes to manage deployments, services, and resources effectively. Your duties will include: - Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. - Configuring and maintaining Kubernetes deployments, services, ingresses, and other resources using YAML manifests or GitOps workflows. - Designing architecture based on Microservices for optimal performance. - Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines. - Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible. - Working with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation. - Familiarity with Git and version control systems for efficient collaboration. Additionally, you should have: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or Github actions. - Building and maintaining different environments such as Development, Staging, and Production. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python and Bash for automation tasks. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. - Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Competence in incident management and root cause analysis. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
