Support our end users through various Production support intake channels, identifying and resolving issues, and providing premier customer experience. Engage in hands-on configuration in SFDC Sales Cloud, complex APEX code and configuration, Flows, Partner communities set up. Architect technical solutions for the long-term, balancing time-to-market versus the health of the platforms (availability, scalability, security, performant, etc.), as well as solutions that span beyond your core skillset.
