Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and integration of software updates
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Work closely with development teams to refine and optimize build processes, deployment strategies, and collaboration practices
• Monitor the system's performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications and services
• Manage system security, including setup, deployment, and maintenance of firewall and access control systems
• Continuously improve system performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Assist in troubleshooting issues across the development and production environments
• Document processes, best practices, and configurations for reproducibility and efficiency
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash for automation tasks
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, including implementation and management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a keen focus on operational excellence
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless architectures
• Experience in implementing automated security practices in CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
