Job Description
The DevOps Engineer is critical to ensuring our platform is scalable, highly available, and
deployed securely. You will champion the "You Build It, You Run It" culture, automating ourentire development and deployment lifecycle to support fast, reliable delivery of new features for our complex, multi-panel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for all microservices using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Manage and scale the container orchestration platform using Kubernetes (K8s) and
Docker, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to provision and
manage secure, multi-region cloud resources (GCP/AWS preferred).
Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus,
Grafana, and ELK stack) to ensure real-time visibility into system health andperformance.
Enforce DevSecOps practices, integrating security best practices and compliance checks (HIPAA/GDPR readiness) directly into the CI/CD workflow.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployment strategies for zero-downtime releases.
Qualification and Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or
Cloud Engineering role.
Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies (Docker).
Expertise in cloud platform services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for networking, compute,
and storage.
Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash or Python for automation.
Solid experience with an IaC tool (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the healthcare or highly regulated industry, with familiarity with
security standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Prior experience working with real-time data streams (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and
geolocation services for delivery tracking.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
