Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building scalable infrastructure and loves the challenge of working in high-performance, high-uptime environments. This role is critical to ensuring that our platform performs seamlessly as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary owner of the health, performance, and uptime of our services.
  • Deploy new features rapidly and reliably across environments.
  • Design infrastructure with operability in mind alongside engineering teams.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and ensure frictionless deployments.
  • Troubleshoot across code, systems, and networking layers.
  • Continuously optimise infrastructure for reliability, cost, and performance.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant DevOps experience.
  • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments.
  • Experience with tools like Kafka, ZooKeeper, and config management tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, etc. )
  • Proficient with Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go).
  • Experience in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack).
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools (e. g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles, mesh networking, and load balancing.
  • Great communicator and team player in fast-paced environments.
