· Familiarity with Gitflow and multibranch pipeline strategies
· Experience configuring and working with dynamic agents
· Monorepo management experience
· Proficient in Dockerizing work environments
· Understanding of core AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, Lambda, and RDS
· Familiarity with AWS networking, security best practices, and IAM roles/policies
· Experience with AWS for CI/CD automation
· Knowledge of deploying and managing applications in AWS (including containerized workloads with ECS/EKS)
· Demonstrates a scrappy, resourceful, and proactive approach typical of a startup environment.
· Maintains motivation and effectiveness when navigating enterprise organizational bureaucracy.
· Understands that progress is achieved through incremental change and continuous improvement.
· Capable of seeing initiatives through to completion, but able to pivot and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
