Flexible Environment: Work remotely with a team that values autonomy, curiosity, and outcomes. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, automating deployment workflows. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Own monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain visibility into system health. Solve system bottlenecks, improve performance, and enable high availability for critical services. Lead or participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems. Support application deployment, configuration, and infrastructure integration for dev teams. Automate repetitive tasks, including provisioning, environment setup, and user management. Ensure security and compliance across infrastructure, with attention to standards like SOC2 or PCI-DSS. Mentor junior engineers and advocate for DevOps best practices across the org. 💼 Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years in a DevOps, SRE, or Infra Engineering role. Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Proficient in Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation, Docker & Kubernetes Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL & MongoDB, including tuning and HA/DR Familiar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Skilled in Python scripting and infrastructure automation Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with a focus on automation 🔒 Security & Compliance (Bonus)Experience with SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance frameworks.
