Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.User Research:Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.Develop user personas to represent different user groups and inform design decisions.Prepare user journeys, task flows, user flows and competitive analysis against the industry trends.Design Execution and Documentation:Create sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture to define the structure and navigation of a product.Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including layouts, typography, colour schemes, and UI elements that align with brand guidelines.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.Document design philosophy and prepare detailed annotations in the mock-ups for developers to follow.Collaboration and Communication:Collect requirements by collaborating with product team, tech team.Present design ideas and concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product management & engineering) to ensure design alignment and successful product launch.Responsibilities:Provide effective UX concepts.Identify business and technical requirements.Perform market research, including user interviews and competitor analysisCreate design wireframes and prototypesDesign and present UX demonstrations to stakeholdersHand off designs to developers for implementationYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
