Job Title: Development Manager (Full Stack | Remote | Expert Role | 10 LPA) ● Location: Remote (India-Based) ● Working Hours: ○ 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST ○ 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST during Nov–March ● Salary: ₹10 LPA ● Leave: 35 Paid Leaves Annually ● Work Days: Monday to Friday ● Interview Process: ○ 4 Rounds (Initial Screening → Technical Deep Dive → Project Leadership Interview → Final CSO Interview) ● Verification: Background + Employment History Checks About the Role We are hiring a Development Manager (Full Stack) to lead cross-functional development teams, manage the entire project lifecycle, and bring clarity between business goals and technical delivery. You’ll work with a team of developers and project managers while aligning development efforts to high-level strategic goals. You won’t be coding day-to-day. Instead, you'll architect development plans, guide senior developers, and leverage AI tools and frameworks to improve output and delivery speed. Key Responsibilities Plan, architect, and lead end-to-end development projects from concept to delivery Manage and mentor project leads and senior developers (PHP,WordPress, MERN, AI-enabled development) Align development timelines and outputs with business and marketing objectives Identify bottlenecks, unblock teams, and lead agile-style weekly sprints Explore and implement AI-driven dev tools to reduce timelines and increase quality Translate high-level ideas into documented tech specifications and project roadmaps Lead weekly syncs to update on progress, risks, and resource allocation Ensure development projects are aligned with performance marketing, SEO, and product teams Who You Are? ● 6+ years in full stack development; strong PHP, WordPress and MERN background ● 3+ years in a leadership/managerial capacity ● Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software projects ● Strong in planning, task mapping, timeline management, and risk assessment ● Ability to integrate modern AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LangChain, AI dev platforms) ● Understanding of basic marketing functions (SEO, Paid Ads, SMM, Conversion) ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in fast-paced remote environments Why Join Us? ● Own and lead a growing dev ecosystem across multiple product verticals ● Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive leadership weekly ● High-agency role where your impact is visible, measurable, and meaningful ● Be at the cutting edge of AI + SaaS product development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: leadership/managerial: 3 years (Required) full stack development; strong PHP, WordPress and MERN: 6 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Application Deadline: 12/06/2025
