Job Description: Bakery Chef (6+ Years Experience) – Hyderabad Position: Bakery Chef Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6+ Years Industry: Fine Dining, 3+ Star Hotels, Luxury Bakery Brands Salary: Up to 10 LPA About The Role We are looking for an experienced Bakery Chef with a strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium bakery brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the bakery section, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and presentation while maintaining consistency in taste and texture. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire bakery operations, including bread, pastries, desserts, and custom creations. Develop innovative and visually appealing recipes, ensuring excellence in taste and presentation. Manage ingredient sourcing, quality control, and inventory management. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with the executive chef and F&B teams for menu planning and seasonal offerings. Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and bakery staff to maintain a high-performance team. Monitor cost control measures while maintaining premium quality. Handle customer customization requests for high-end desserts and bakery items. Stay updated on global bakery trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Requirements 6+ years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium bakery chains. Expertise in artisan breads, viennoiseries, patisserie, chocolates, and plated desserts. Strong knowledge of modern baking techniques, lamination, and gluten-free options. Ability to lead and manage a bakery team efficiently. Creativity in dessert presentation and ability to cater to high-end clientele. Proficiency in costing, inventory, and supply chain management.
