Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, supporting printers, and delivering comprehensive desktop support. Daily tasks include resolving technical queries, maintaining efficient IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Printer Support
• Strong Technical Support skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
