Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in desktop support or related role
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Familiar with voice-logging systems and remote support tools
  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE
  • Fluency in English and Tamil
  • Willingness to work in

    24x7 shift operations

  • Administer servers and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Manage inventory of hardware/software assets
  • Record technical resolutions and provide performance reports
