Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist, located in Pune. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, managing printer support, and troubleshooting various technical issues. Daily tasks will include desk top support, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software, and assisting employees with technical problems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Pune
• Relevant certifications in IT or computer science are a plus
• Previous experience in technical support roles is beneficial
