Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Pune. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, and offering printer support. Daily tasks include hardware management, resolving technical queries, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The role requires effective communication with users to identify and resolve problems swiftly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting
• Technical Support and Printer Support skills
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Certification in IT or related field is a plus
• Experience in an IT support role is beneficial
