The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, and offering printer support. Daily tasks include hardware management, resolving technical queries, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The role requires effective communication with users to identify and resolve problems swiftly. Qualifications Experience with Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting Technical Support and Printer Support skills Knowledge of Computer Hardware Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Certification in IT or related field is a plus Experience in an IT support role is beneficial Email - hr@prajtech.com
