Role:

Experience:

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform OS installations (Windows/Linux).
Manage system backups and OS reinstallations to restore configurations.
Install and configure essential applications and licensed software.
Configure licenses and environmental variables.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
Install and configure printers (USB, shared, and network).
Support video conferencing devices and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Webex).
Coordinate with OEMs for warranty support and raise tickets when required.
Perform basic antivirus management and endpoint protection activities.

Mandatory Skills

Strong troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Experience in user profile setup, driver installation, and OS updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Knowledge of email configuration, user account management, and group membership.
Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP concepts.
Experience with IP configuration, LAN connectivity, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Familiarity with antivirus scanning, patching, and endpoint security tools.
