We are looking for a highly dedicated and professional Desktop Support Engineer to provide priority end-user technical support to executive leadership and VIP stakeholders.
The role ensures seamless IT operations, high availability of devices/services, rapid issue resolution, and proactive technology assistance for business-critical functions.
Provide white-glove support to D-level executives, directors, and VIP users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows & macOS systems Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools Mobile devices (iOS/Android), email, VPN, MFA Printers, audio-visual equipment, conferencing tools (Zoom/Teams/Meet) Proactively monitor devices and ensure system performance, security patches, and updates.
Provide on-site & remote support during meetings, presentations & critical events.
Handle VIP onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning and data migration.
Maintain asset inventory for executive users laptops, iPads, accessories, etc.
Coordinate with backend IT teams for escalations (Network, Server, Security, MDM).
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Create support documentation, SOPs and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Participate in IT projects improving productivity and end-user experience.
