• End User Support/Desktop Support Engineer (L1 Engineer) – Allahabad-UP

We're looking for End User Support/Desktop Support Engineers to join our team at various airport locations across India. As an L1 Engineer, you'll provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Key Responsibilities: *

- Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals

- Software Support: Assist users with software and applications, including operating systems and productivity suites

- Network & Systems Support: Support network systems, help users with connectivity issues, and manage user accounts

- User Assistance: Respond to support requests, resolve day-to-day functionality issues, and provide guidance

- Maintenance & Management: Perform tasks like provisioning and decommissioning hardware, managing software updates and patches

• Required Skills:*

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, mac OS), hardware, and common software applications

- Troubleshooting and Problem-solving

- Communication and Customer Service

- Time Management and Organization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
