Desk Attendant

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Desk Attendant in The Manohar, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest information and room assignments.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained, with all necessary materials and equipment.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
