Design Team Lead

We’re looking for a Design Lead who can......

think strategically, design beautifully, and guide a growing team of designers working on FMCG branding & packaging projects.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to turn strategy into powerful brand identities and packaging systems — while ensuring smooth execution across the team.

What You’ll Do:

•Lead the design process for brand identity & packaging projects

•Translate strategy into clear visual directions and concepts

•Guide mid-level & junior designers through daily reviews and feedback

•Create high-quality designs, mockups, and presentation-ready layouts

•Maintain design quality, consistency, and timelines across projects

•Collaborate directly with the Creative Director for final approvals

•Build and improve internal design systems, templates, and workflows

Who You Are

•4-5 years of experience in branding + packaging (FMCG experience preferred)

•Strong portfolio showing identity systems, packaging, and visual thinking

•Excellent command over typography, layout, colour, and storytelling

•Able to handle both concept creation and hands-on execution

•Confident in giving feedback and guiding designers to improve

•Comfortable owning projects from concept to delivery

•Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
