The Research Designer will be responsible for supporting an extensive applications portfolio and managing global service providers. This includes overseeing incident and problem management to ensure swift resolutions and minimal disruption. The designer will also focus on continuous service improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality. They will lead the integration of outsourced and internal teams to deliver unified, high-performing IT support, driving digital transformation initiatives to optimize operations and improve the digital experience for users.
