Role Description This is an internship remote role for a Design Researcher at Digistall - Your Gateway to E-Commerce. The Design Researcher will conduct user research, perform ethnographic studies, and apply design thinking principles. They will work on service design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze human-computer interaction to improve user experiences. Qualifications Experience in User Research and Ethnography Knowledge of Service Design and Design Thinking principles Understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related fields Show more Show less
