Design Researcher

Your involvement will encompass the entire research process, from initial planning and strategy to discovery, synthesis, and insight generation, all while ensuring the authentic representation of the user's perspective throughout the journey. - Craft comprehensive research plans, methodologies, and tools tailored to specific project requirements. - Conduct both primary and secondary research, such as user interviews, ethnographic studies, and field research. - Synthesize research findings into clear insights, frameworks, and actionable opportunities. - Translate insights into design recommendations and user journeys, creating low-fi wireframes for seamless user experiences. - Oversee research logistics, including coordinating with external agencies and participant recruitment. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 6+ years of experience in design research, user experience research, or ethnographic research. - Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. - Demonstrated proficiency in conducting user interviews, field studies, and workshops. - Ability to distill complex findings into actionable frameworks. - Effective storytelling skills for communicating research outcomes efficiently.
