SAT INDIA - Urgently Looking for Design Manager at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: Design Manager Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Design Experience: 10 Years and Above Salary: As per industry standards Roles & Responsibilities: Define and lead the overall design vision and direction. Align design projects with strategic business goals and client requirements. Lead and manage the entire design team, assigning tasks and ensuring quality output. Review and approve all key design deliverables (GA drawings, layouts, BOMs, etc.). Manage design resources, timelines, priorities, and workload across projects. Collaborate with sales, production, planning, and procurement teams for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with design standards, brand guidelines, and industry norms. Evaluate new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance design processes. Handle complex client communications and support during technical discussions or visits. Support innovation through design improvements, R&D efforts, and creative solutions. Track design KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Oversee documentation, file management, and design asset libraries. Ensure ERP-based BOM and project design integration. Submit regular reports and ensure adherence to internal systems, processes, and policies. Drive team development through mentoring, training, and performance reviews.
