Design Manager

In this role, you will coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution, while also partnering with our 3D visualization team to produce high-quality renderings for marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to streamline project execution and ensure design intent is met. You will collaborate with the 3D visualization team to create high-quality renderings and walkthroughs for marketing initiatives. Additionally, conducting regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards will be part of your role. You will oversee material selection for finishes, balancing aesthetic appeal with budget considerations, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive quotes and maintain project budgets. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and possess 5-6 years of relevant experience in design management within the real estate/construction industry or an architectural firm. Strong knowledge of design principles and project management practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in design software and tools are essential.
