Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing all design-related activities within the company. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of designers, coordinating with various departments to ensure design alignment, creating and reviewing design plans and specifications, and ensuring that designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Design Manager will also provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, ensuring timely completion of projects. Qualifications Proficiency in design software and tools Excellent project management and team leadership skills Ability to create and review detailed design plans and specifications Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards Effective communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is a plus Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
