Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that designs meet quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves developing new product designs, improving existing products, and ensuring that all designs align with customer needs and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and design tools
• Experience in product development, project management, and team leadership
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
