Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Manager located in New Delhi. The Design Manager will oversee day-to-day design operations, coordinate with clients, manage project timelines, and ensure design quality and compliance. The role involves leading design teams, developing architectural concepts, and collaborating with other professionals to deliver projects on schedule and to specification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design management and developing architectural concepts
• Excellent project management skills, including timeline management and client coordination
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Knowledge of sustainable architecture and local building regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in the architecture and construction industry is beneficial
