Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Design Manager – Workplace Interiors to join our Design & Build team based in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for corporate interior projects across India, from conceptualization to final execution. This role requires strong design leadership, excellent client communication, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver world-class workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present innovative design concepts for corporate and workplace interior projects. Conduct feasibility studies and define design parameters in line with client requirements.

Prepare detailed design presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.

Manage project design development across all stages, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations.

Oversee quality control and review of design documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide detailed drawings, transition layouts, and design guidance to support on-site operations. Travel to project locations for client meetings, coordination sessions, and site reviews as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills 5–6 years of relevant experience in Corporate/Workplace Interior Design. Strong creative sensibility combined with technical expertise to develop projects from concept to completion.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software.

Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined timelines.
