Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager located in Pune. The Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, leading a team of designers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include overseeing design projects from concept to completion, maintaining design quality, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Project Management
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related tools
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with clients and understand their needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
