Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality design work that meets customer expectations. - Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studio's brand and reputation for excellence. - Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation, leading design presentations to customers. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the studio's competitive edge. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or a related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in interior design, focusing on home interior projects. - Proven track record of successfully managing design teams and delivering high-value projects. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding high-quality standards. - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Passion for design, with a drive to stay current with the latest trends and technologies.
