Job Description

Build and scale
ASBL s design function
from the ground up.
Shape a
unified design language
across web, app, dashboards, and internal tools.
Manage a team of
6 designers
working across ASBL s suite of products.
Take
high ownership
in defining design culture, principles, and craft standards.
Influence user experience across the entire
customer and internal journey
from discovery to delivery.
Build and scale ASBL s design function across
UI, UX, usability, and system coherence
.
Define
principles, review processes,
and a structured yet lightweight
design system
for consistent and intuitive experiences.
Design
end-to-end experiences
across customer-facing and internal execution products.
Create
wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes,
and user journeys.
Collaborate closely with
product managers and engineers
to turn ideas into polished workflows.
Conduct
usability testing
, feedback loops, and continuous design improvements.
Ensure
design excellence
across multiple digital touchpoints desktop, mobile web, native app, and internal dashboards.
Bring
clarity, simplicity, and design discipline
to a fast-moving product organization.
Have
built or scaled a design system
successfully adopted by multiple teams.
Have experience working on
internal tools and customer products simultaneously
.
Possess prior experience in
real estate, SaaS, prop-tech, or consumer-facing products
.
Excel at
defining principles, review processes,
and creating scalable, intuitive design systems.
Have a strong grasp of
UI, UX, usability,
and system coherence.
Are skilled at
designing end-to-end experiences
across both internal and external products.
Have hands-on experience with
wireframes, prototypes,
and user journeys.
Thrive in high-ownership roles that blend
strategy, creativity, and execution
.
Have a
Bachelor s degree in Design or an equivalent qualification
.
(Preferred) Have
4-8 years of relevant experience
in product design or a related function.
(Cherry on Top ) Are a
female leader in design
with a passion for shaping teams and creating impactful design culture.
